What You Need To Know Before obtaining a Site/Lot…

To start, you must be single & 55+, and be approved by the Board Of Directors to become a shareholder. (All of this is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for renters and owners of Florilow Oaks RV Park.)

A background check is required.

All Shareholder sites and structures are offered to current shareholders for a period of fifteen (15) days and then they are offered to the general public.

Leaseholder sites are offered for sale to anyone with the provision that once an offer is made Florilow, Inc. has the right to match that offer before the sale can be finalized.

Shareholder sites of less than 2,500 square feet require 7 shares, sites of 2,500 to 5,000 sq. ft. require 8 shares and sites over 5,000 sq. ft. require 8.5 shares.

The cost of each share is $1,000.

There is an annual maintenance fee that covers trash pickup, water, road maintinance etc. annually.
